Repetition in JI Demos and Performances – How many are best?

I’ve seen many times where JI wasn’t used in training because the instructor claimed the task was too easy to go to all the trouble of using JI. I am wondering whether 3 demonstrations during Step 2 by the instructor and four performances in Step 3 by the learner is really too much. Continue reading →
