After 100’s of deliveries in manufacturing, service and administrative settings, I decided it was time for everyone to be able to provide the JI 10-Hour course to their people at a reasonable cost. We went back to the original materials, the same materials that were so successful in helping our country out-produce the world during World War II, and since then, has made companies like Toyota, Raytheon, Sanyo, Boeing and others, extremely competitive by effectively training their people. We took those original manuals and updated them. Our goal was to improve the format and wording to make them easier to deliver without changing the content. We now have a delivery manual that is easy to use yet retains the original content, and is supported with pocket cards, participant guides, training aids, and forms that will allow you to hold your own 10-hour workshops.

Roger has delivered the 10-hour workshop hundreds of times for clients of The Bilas Group, and also as a trainer for The TWI Institute. He has also taught the JI Train-the-Trainer course for the TWI Institute. Roger was trained by Pat Graupp in all the J-Programs and worked intensively with him to become a JI Master Trainer. Additionally, Roger has worked with Mark Warren, a renowned TWI researcher and coach. Mark was the person who found the original manuals in the National Archives along with numerous other supporting documents and originally posted them on-line for everyone to use. With Mark’s help Roger has updated the materials while maintaining the original intent of the program.
